VersaTrust has been serving the Texas area since 1997, providing IT Support such as technical helpdesk support, computer support and consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. I was devastated that I asked Grant to work this ticket, simply due to how embarrassing it is (Apple doesn't support Safari on Windows anymore). But because he's such a southern gentleman, he informed me in a way that did not make me feel so small. He takes pity on short people, and it is apparent. His momma raised him well. Other VT techs in the past have a "really dude, your short ass didn't know this?" kind of tone when I made these types of mistakes in the past. Luckily Danny had my back and those technicians disappeared over night. Because of Grant, I didn't even stand on my tippy toes in Xmas photos this year with my family. Thanks, Grant

DJ is not only a great tech, but he is also my best friend. And while that's not exactly true, I do respect him more and more as the year goes by. Before our brass illegally forced me to cancel our inaugural "DII Best VT Tech of the Year" award, David was tied with one other tech for first place. Believe me when I say that the cancellation of this award was debilitating to my self-worth and career, as I and the VT staff had worked diligently to secure an exciting end-of-year race. Unfortunately, our Executive team decided that Young Grant would be hurt by not winning first place and decided to nix the entire ceremony to avoid mutiny within VT. For what it's worth, I can assure you, David had a real shot at winning and I am working on a way to continue this. Sorry, David

I refuse to leave a review on this ticket for fear speaking it back into existence. This would ruin Alex's end of year plans and drag VT's sys engineer team to another halt. We've spent enough time on this for now. So no review. But Alex did earn himself a legacy here at DII with his work, which was a terrible strategy on his part because now I'm going to bug him just as bad as I bug Jay

BB ran this report and it is precisely what we expected. We didn't even need the report. I simply wanted to give BB an opportunity to continue growing his legend. While we aren't ready to claim that BB has "it", we are ready to say that there is a level of clutch gene within him that he can cultivate if he continues to work hard and believe in his heart. This ticket took forever to complete. It has been over a week since I called in the problem and the problem was actually solved. There were several phone calls and multiple tries before my problem was solved. Demonte did a good job with a frustrating problem.
