Shane was very helpful!!! Ever since we have been working from home I have always had issues with changing my password remotely. I would have to call IT Support every time to change it and it would take a while to finally change the correct one. Shane was able to quickly update the correct password and walked me through step by step on how to change the password in the future so that I don't have to call. Thank you again Shane!!!

As always, Shane, Aiko and Nicco are the BEST!!! I had a very complicating motherboard issue that took few days to resolve... Aiko and Nicco were so patient and tried everything on their power to resolve it... and yes they DID IT :).... Thank you very much!!!

Shane does such a good job on this critical stuff. I always feel totally confident when he's on this type of work for us. Especially when he comes on site, as their is always one or two other items he takes care of. Above and beyond!
