Thank you, Phil, for the technical expertise during a recent potential threat actor incident.I like the notification about immediately isolating the affected system, the initiating of a thorough investigation, and communications during the process. This incident could have been far more disruptive, but thanks to the IT team’s vigilance, skill, and proactive actions, we can breathe a sigh of relief.
