Demontre stays in the shadows when he handles his tickets, at least for DII. He handles his business, types a quick comment, and exits without a trace. He doesn't even have a picture on his profile here, so we're unsure if he actually exists. A few of us think that Danny might be missing the grind and has been secretly handling these tickets himself under Demontre's name to get his fill. "A hanging VPN session?", says Danny, as he remotes into our system. "Time to get back on the horse".

David James, despite his lack of picture on here, is a real person and I know this because I've spoken to him on the phone. At first we thought it was Jay making his voice deeper, but after some investigation we've determined this was not the case. Nonetheless, David did a fantastic job on this ticket and I am proud to give him a 10

I'm crying as I type this because of the speed in which Kevin restored this file. It is unsafe for him to move this quickly and we are worried that he may be abusing caffeine. Kevin is very dear to DII and we would love to take part in any intervention that may need to be scheduled for him. DII has a box of unneeded K-cups containing light roast, which might be a great solution to ween him off of the heavy stuff. From there, we can move him to tea, and eventually, water (or lemonade on the weekends). Let me know if you'd like to discuss
