I called in with a question about an unfamiliar pop up that appeared on my screen. Talon looked up my account and attempted to connect to my computer. When that didn't work, he directed me to the Vann Data website to initiate a remote connection. His instructions made this super easy. Once connected, it took Talon less than five minutes to resolve the issue and test my email connection. The whole interaction was quick and easy.
