We support several attorneys in our office and we didn't know why certain settings were preventing us from making color copies for pleadings. Elisha listened to my concerns and questions. She went above and beyond to help find our access code so we had a work around. Then Elisha reached out to a more senior associate to resolve this situation with the setting. Great customer service.
