No help was provided . Associate user name was incorrect EY, I asked for it to be amended to EE and Instead EY was deactivated and EE was created . I was supposed to provide a report fir about important meeting and when I run it EY was not showing up and I couldnΓÇÖt provide the info requested . Why wasnΓÇÖt I informed about it ?

This is something VERY important for us not nobody seems to care about adding Country to Prism We need it fir reporting reasons ! We have to switch to v9 every time but we donΓÇÖt have the opportunity to do it all the time meaning the cliebt datas will always been incomplete
