This issue is still not fixed despite the ticket being emailed to me as completed. Furthermore during the pursuit to fix this by Piannaca the server was access whilst I was creating a PO meaning that I had to logoff the system and lose an hour's worth of work. I was advised that I would be notified when I could get back into the system and this never happened - I waited over an hour and then called back to see if I could log in. The upshot of this is I lost over 2 hours of working time and the issue is still not resolved. Going forward if I am required to not be in the system to allow for work to take place can I please be notified prior to the event and can this please be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
