This was a lengthy and challenging ticket, and though we weren't able to come to a solution on that machine I know you all tried EVERYTHING we could all think of to get it working. Your efforts were greatly appreciated. The new laptop we sent her has fully functioning Outlook - here's hoping that the rest of her setup goes smoothly and we (all of us) never have to deal with flaky New Outlook issues ever again. I know, that's a long shot, but dare to dream right? :)

This was a challenging issue for all involved, and your efforts are greatly appreciated - end solution was a new system, but I'll just reimage the one she sends back so all that was lost was time. Not sure why a new ticket opened on this one, but I am happy to throw more "10" surveys your way!
