Efforts of the Integris team re our issues with our LTO tape drive and Backup Exec software failing to recognize good tapes turned out to be a lot more involved than we anticipated, but the team did an absolutely outstanding job. Special mention goes to Matt Villescas, who has been extremely persistent in resolving both the Backup Exec issues (which involved a reinstallation of the software on a newer server, migration of all settings, relocation of the LTO tape drive and its SCSI adapter to the new server, resolving BE Agent issues following the migration, etc.) and in getting our VEAM cloud backups up and running from the new Synology NAS. Good communications with the Integris team that worked on this. You've all demonstrated to us we made the right choice in engaging Integris IT.
