Rating this as a 9 because we did not (to my knowledge) receive any follow up from Fuse3 identifying how/when the employee's account was compromised, and what type of training we should do with our employees to make sure this doesn't happen again. Other than that Aaron was great and took care of securing the employee's account quickly. :)

We had to install and update a software program. Unfortunately, it's hard to find a time to schedule without impact the office. Fuse and Eric start at 7, so we were able to get this done quickly with minimal disruption. Thanks Eric!
