It never fails to impress me when I receive such superbly detailed service from Marco Segovia. He has patience. He is acutely aware of how to troubleshoot all computer-related issues. TLC tech was who contacted me via cell phone and notified me of issue. Tech immediately took control and changed my password, then forward issue to senior tech. I was impressed about how fast and serious the situation was taken. Furthermore how the tech was the one who encountered the issue.
