Andrew provided exceptional service and I appreciate his assistance. Nevertheless, I am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that I left a message since all techs were busy and waited an thirty minutes. No one returned my call for assistance for the thirty minutes leaving me idle and unproductive. I had to call back and was immediately transferred to Andrew to assist me. I am left wondering if I was ever going to be called back and whether I could have been helped sooner.
