Ticket took 4 days to close due to staff working...

Ticket took 4 days to close due to staff working onsite and from home, and the first technician needing to escalate to a senior technician. Both technicians were courteous and explained as they went along, both verbally and via email. First technician acknowledged on the ticket, that he was late calling because he mixed up the time zones.
