Once Eduard advised that the email was set up, I responded to him that I would handle the set up on Andrew's phone. After attempting 3-4 times and receiving an error message, I called Bulletproof and Shawn advised me the issue was at my end. I did advise him that historically it's usually a set up issue but I told him I will look into the Wifi connection I have at home and if I still can't get it set up, I will call back. After getting the iphone on Wifi and trying 3 more times and still receiving the error message, I called in and this time I asked for Eduard. Eduard advised there was an issue with the account set up and when he called back and advised the issue was resolved, I was able to set up the email account on Andrew's iphone.
