The service was fine. Patrick was nice to work with. The solution took several days to be finalized, and we were able to get it resolved. It would seem that an issue like storage capacity and Cloud back up would have been easier to resolve. Patrick could use a better headset for communication. It was difficult to understand most times, but that is obviously not a big deal. All and all, I am happy with the support.
