There was some confusion about who I should turn to for support. I had a letter that said Integris was responsible for the first five days. When I called in I was told they were in a meeting. After several hours I called back and was told the technician advised the receptionist I was supposed to call HealthcareITLeaders. When I asked, "Was someone going to call and tell me that?" She didn't respond. Then I read the letter instructions that came with the laptop. She got a technician right away who was able to correct the problem (a license issue with software on my laptop). So while the experience was positive, there might be a misunderstanding and gap in the process.
