Andrew was tenacious. Our Client Authentication...

Andrew was tenacious. Our Client Authentication App was new to him, so he was unsure about how to install in on a computer that didn't have it. When we failed the first time, we signed off so he could look into the problem of the installation certificate failing. I sent a link and he called back 5 minutes later. We walked through it, he tried a few things until he solved it. All that time, he was professional and open to discussion and suggestions.
