Jack answered my question quickly, which was is there a default for Zoom, or do I have to consistently have to check the same functions for the meeting? I was told - Yes. We went over the procedure. The IT group are a great support group. It does not matter who I speak to - I'm always well taken care of and leave with an understanding.
