Great job by the staff, I was out with a newborn and walked in to my old CPU! I am glad to be up and running but I do have a couple questions so I couldn't give a full 10 at this point.

Adam was super helpful. He allowed me to explain the situation and was quick to start troubleshooting. Although while on the phone we could not quite get it, but Adam hung on and figured out while I was out. I have no doubt Adam will be able to diagnose and solve these issues in the future quickly and efficiently.

Shane was very kind, caring, and never made us feel stupid or ignorant about our questions. He went above and beyond with both his customer service and in helping us fix the issues we were having. He also contacted Merleta for us in regard to our issues to help us find a more permanent solution to our problem. We greatly appreciate his help and his great attitude. Thank you Shane, we look forward to working with you and your company in the future. As always it's been a pleasure working with Integris.
