Mason was super helpful. This time it was an easy fix..but a setting in Outlook that I just could not figure out how to adjust on my own. I always feel like I'm in good hands each time I need to contact Integris.

Brian was great - we troubleshooted 3 separate issues that were challenging, including a VPN/Firewall issue, reconnecting a printer that required uninstalling and resinstalling software, and an Outlook sync issue, and having to solve by re-establishing my whole login. He was with me for over 40 mins and very patient!
