Shane put a lot of work into trying to get Jackie Stickel's iPad working - and it appeared to have been successful - at first. My apologies, I think I updated this ticket and it may have opened a new one - please check Ticket #241863 to see if those comments are related to this. Shane, my apologies for the low rating - I know you tried, and I really think the problems go back to the iOS updates and the app updates not happening. If all of that was working, you might have had more success - although you and I did update Jackies iPad manually, the others are slowing beginning to do the same things and they are all missing the updates so far. Unless I'm just focussing on the grief I'm starting to get from Council about that not working after more than a year.
