Kyle took very good care of me, and had my problem fixed in what felt like under a minute. Ross Martel & Erik Brzezinski helped several of us with our personal mobile hotspots as we lost Comcast internet connection during lunches and needed to post + process several things before EOD. We wanted to ensure everything remained secured using our phones too! Comcast was down couple of hours. They both were lifesavers and greatly appreciated! They were so helpful and patient! We all worked together to keep things moving without Member and processing impact. YAYYYY!!!!
