Kris was extremely helpful as usual. Kris always provides excellent support; and it is always good to hear him on the line, as I know he will do all he can to resolve my issue. All of the Integris helpdesk personnel I've worked with have been excellent.

Flessas offered two different options to choose from to satisfy this request. Also, the email addresses were set up in a very timely manner. Also, I was able to take screen shots so that I can perform some actions myself. Flessas was very patient while he taught me how to perform the functions. Job well done.

Flessas helped was able to improve the performance of my laptop. His efforts have saved me so much time. Before his help it was taking me hours to do what I normally do in about 20 minutes, as my laptop was running so slow. This was very frustrating, inconvenient and very non - productive. Working quickly and efficiently are very important aspects of my position. Flessas did a great job.
