Grant completed this ticket with arrogance. When I say arrogance I don't mean it in a bad way. I mean it like "yeah, that guy knows he'd survive in the wilderness". You need that from a tech these days. Too many techs today will fall victim EARLY when things hit the fan. Not Grant.
