Andy is so fun to watch work. He tackles each "problem" as a new mystery to solve. He expertly tries every approach angle he can think of, never getting frustrated or stuck, and relentlessly pursues the solution until it's found. I am grateful for his depth of knowledge and experience to know how to tackle the problems, and his attitude in doing it all. Andy is a Rockstar!
