The reason I gave a 4 on some of the ratings, is...

The reason I gave a 4 on some of the ratings, is due to an issue I addressed that was not looked into. With our old computers we were able to cancel automatic printing from a program we use on a daily basis. After setting up the printer on our new computers we are not prompted to enter our program code therefor we are not able to cancel printing on prints we don't need which makes for paper and ink waste. On a good note Jesse was super prompt on fixing the initial issue.

I always get great customer service when I am talking with Connect Point. My only wish is that I did not need to talk to them so much!
