Erik Brzezinski was very helpful as Federal Reserve Bank/FRB push-back on our FedLine ACH Notifications stop occurring. This was NOT an DE IT Support issue... this was a FRB notification issue. Erik troubleshoot to ensure no issue on OFCU side. He was patient as understanding. I went back to FRB Rep to resolve matter accordingly. Thanks Erik for confirming matter, so I could escalate w/FRB Rep!
