Everything about my interaction with Mason was spot on - customer service, detailed info related to the problem, etc. With Ben however, there was a lot of dead air time and he kept getting side tracked from the objective of setting up the laptop. It was a very busy day and I feel like he was more concerned with getting his way to work, rather than setting it up the "old way" which he said he knew would work from the get go. I just got frustrated because I had to sit in the office and ignore my job duties on a busy day because of it. He did get the job done eventually though!
