The emails were to be copied not forwarded....

The emails were to be copied not forwarded. When forwarded, I have no history of the emails that were sent. This is important for me as I get banking sheets emailed daily that I need to keep and the emails that I still need to deal with are not available (granted I know Joanne can forward me any and all emails but that is not the purpose). Thank you
