Quick, efficient.. What I thought was going to be a long and tedious process was easily completed. being that our office is very busy I expected it to take forever. Tech resolved issues, set up equipment, made us aware that a piece of equipment we recived from different computer company was wrong type of ear phone .. we were able to contact our headquarters and have the correct ear piece sent to us... painlessly got me up and running. Thank you again
