Kris was very responsive and excellent at detailing the next steps to complete my helpdesk ticket ( I needed to obtain parts) and set up a quote through Iconic to make sure I could get what I need.

Miles came out and solved the problem within 10 minutes - we were back up and running.

There have been multiple people working on this ticket for me...Jeff Fisher, Miles, Zachary & Wes (and possibly even others). Though we still have not identified the root cause, we have tried many different scenarios and experimented to see if we could replicate the problem. It was nice to be "part of the team" to discuss and test different issues that might be causing my Adobe files to show "insufficient data" and "drawing" errors. We have decided to continue to experiment, leaving open files saved on the various drives (local and server) and I may be changing my process (saving on a local drive until work is completed, then copying to the server drive). I appreciate all of the help and work that has gone into this process.
