I received an email and callback in a timely manner notifying me that the problem I was having, not being able to connect to our server via VPN, was a known issue. Brian called and emailed again today to establish a connection to the VPN. He logged onto my computer remotely and handled everything and then walked me through how to access the VPN. Great job!
