There isn't an issue with the service or the help we get with our requests, it's the time it takes. I so appreciate the fact that Boone was able to help me over the phone. It seems if it's something we can do with you all over the phone, that really helps us solve the problem in a timely fashion. Some of the items we need fixing is just a lack of knowledge on our part which can be solved quickly over the phone. I'm looking forward to you all figuring out the barcode printer situation because it's a necessary part of processing evidence. Please send an update on this situation as soon as you can. Thank you!
