I appreciate Matthew looking into the phishing attempts I sent over. The last thing I heard from him was that he was looking to see if there were any other measures we could take to reduce the more sophisticated attempts from making it through ProofPoint and into our employees mailboxes. Multiple staff members continue to receive sophisticated phishing attempts in their inbox on a weekly basis. While our team is good at staying vigilant, hearing from staff that "this one almost tricked me" clearly makes me nervous. I am now having to vet certain emails to let them know if it's a phishing attempt or not on a regular basis. It seems as if within the last month, these attempts have dramatically increased. If there is anything that can be done to help Proofpoint catch these emails, I would appreciate having it looked into. If there isn't anything that can be done, that would be great to know as well.
