Aaron did an exceptional job. We were on the phone for over an hour, but I did get my emails back to working. He opened another ticket to work with me on them tomorrow. I still have a few more issues not related to the emails, but with the performance of my system. He found that I had some updates that needed to be done to hopefully fix the issue but it would take to long to finish up. We had to wait for those updates to complete. Aaron answered any and all questions and concerns I had and also showed me how to make sure I get this updates done in the future before issues creep their little heads up and kill my computer. He also contacted our contact Jorge to explain that we should have a specific spyware as well and have already heard from him about getting this done. Aaron has a great personality that helped to make this call not so stressful! Thank you Aaron for a job well done!!
