Aiko was helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. While waiting for programs to install on my computer, etc. she was friendly and engaged in conversation, which is a nice change from most previous experiences of either silence or listening to the other person breathing into their mic. A+ experience, would let install a pdf editor on my computer again.
