The problem on this one, was that we messed up internally. Bad communication, whatever. Stuff happens. So now the pressure is on to make sure an account is activated and ready to go for first thing next morning. Dyrand made our priorities their priorities. They got things done for us in a hurry and that is truly appreciated. Not just they, but particularly Deborah and Efrain stick handled things into the net and made the play. Thanks for that!
