After i submitted the ticket i had to call the...

After i submitted the ticket i had to call the office the next day as i wasn't sure if i had done the ticket correctly since i didn't get an email confirmation of the ticket, or contact from a technician. I waited over 24 hours before following up, but would have been nice to be contacted by Bulletproof within 24 hours and not have to make a follow up call. Once i got connected to a technician the issue was resolved.
