As usual David went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved. Much like a terrier he started digging to get to the root of the problem, so the issue doesn't keep popping up. He not only fixed the main issue but several others I wasn't even aware of. Sometimes non-tech people just deal with things because we don't know it's a problem. He listened and used context clues to find out I was "just dealing" with an issue that he could fix and make my work life run smoother. Thank you David!
