I am always impressed with the quick response from the Omega team. They don't just send me a solution, they also provide context to a question or issue along with options and outcomes. I like that they are always open to discussing variables. And when I marked an issue as urgent, which I don't usually do, I was astounded at the speed to which the response came. WOW! Like minutes!! Great team, so organized and knowledgeable. So open to discussion and client learning.
