Armand did a great job at getting me set up to work remotely. He is friendly, doesnt speak "IT language" to show how smart he is. Great experience!

Both people dealt with were right on the ball and, although the issue was not completely identified (most likely due to the software of the device causing the issue), we were able to determine a completely usable work around that works well.
