The 3rd Party Tech support for this kept calling my cell number asking for Shawn; once I realized it was for Bulletproof, I was able to give them your support number. Initially I was unaware of the reasons for the calls and why my number was being used as the point of contact. At first I thought it was a scam with someone trying to access our computers. The support person who kept calling indicated that they did not Bulletproof contact information on the request.

Bulletproof did their best to try to resolve the issue. They were ultimately unsuccessful. Prior to erasing a user's profile a backup copy (or copies) should be made. There are custom files in AppData->Roaming that are lost otherwise. I discovered Microsoft signatures and the Microvellum Toolbox customization were lost. A System Restore does not restore user profiles to the way they previously were. I wasted a lot of time recreating my user profile. If there was any positive it is that I now have backups of critical files from my computer stored elsewhere.
