You guys put the wrong location in the ticket....

You guys put the wrong location in the ticket. Never sent me a copy of the ticket (I would have caught that it was the wrong location if I got the email) oh and MY INTERNET IS STILL DOWN. Why are we closing tickets that are not repaired?
