The 10 is for the helping people. The help is aways great, but the system failes constantly. Every week I have to call in as I am unable to log in from home to my work computer at St. Michael Catholic church. It is imperative that I am able to work from home as I am a coordiantor of welcome with many, many e-mails to answer and a heavy work load. I can understand having problems once in a while, but every week it is a little too much.
