Orlando familiarized himself with Wrike in order to address this ticket. He asked the right questions and leveraged the right resources and worked through it with me. There was no obvious correction to what had gone wrong, and he naturally started thinking about scenarios that would be the next best solution for us as the client. Orlando is excellent.
