Not sure how I feel about this. I logged this case for myself, not Brenda. I briefly spoke with Shaun about it when he was looking at a different case for me, and I told him that other individuals were having problems as well. Bulletproof repaired Brenda and Anita's Office 365 accounts and we changed Brenda to a 64 bit from 32 bit. Nothing was looked at on my computer and my office was not repaired. How did this turn into me logging the case for my computer to Brenda's 64 bit upgrade?
