She was absolutely amazing. She worked through every challenge with grace and patience. She sparked up conversation when waiting for the computer to load. I definitely believed she had top notch customer service skills. She fixed the problems I had and just was an overall excellent experience!

As always David found solutions to a problem that isn't even under his jurisdiction. The issue was coming from the sender, and he found a workaround that was very time sensitive. If he wasn't able to help me I would have missed a deadline that was crucial.
