About Us

The story begins in 1997, when the expansion of computer use and the World Wide Web craze was in full swing. Our family created the fun, educational board game Cyber-Quest to help everyday people make sense of new technologies and understand how to use them. Since our beginnings, we’ve successfully gained a national client base and expanded our company to offer new services and all-inclusive packaged solutions for local people, businesses and organizations of all types. Or current base of operations is located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Nolan responded to my ticket and through email, phone conversations and remoteing in, was able to find all of the domains from the website and white flag them as safe and did so in a timely fashion. For this particular incident, as far as I know, it was just Nolan. However, this survey is asking me about Josh, who is always very helpful, but wasn't involved in this one. I can not complete the survey with out rating Josh though, so based on passed experience is where my rating is coming from.
