Timely, efficient under our usual hurried timeframe. Christian did a great job. New unit is solid w/o any additional issues. We do have a nagging Word conversion out of MFG that Christian was concerned with but I do not believe that issue is with his control.

Another fine job. We both had some learning to do with setting up and configuring a few features on a MAC but with Christian on the phone we got it handled. He goes the extra mile when needed. Much appreciated Team KME!
